Online registration is up and live.  We do prefer that you register as a pack, but individual registrations are accepted.  We will still require the correct number of adult chaperones.

Registration is currently $70 per participant ($60 for under age 7), and $10 per adult.  Early bird registration ends April 30.  May 1st, prices go up to $90 per participant ($70 for under age 7), and $10 per adult.  Please note: Adults your price is the cost of one t-shirt, prices vary with larger sizes.

Please note cancellation policy:

You may cancel at anytime up to 2 weeks prior to Moecomdws Cub Scout Day Camp 2018 event for a full refund. Cancellations after that are subject to a $10 processing fee and will only be given in case of extreme circumstances.

Cancellation Rules

There are 3 different methods that can be used for cancellation fees. The first method is to use your council's standard cancellation rules. Council's standard cancellation fees are: Cancel within 3 days of making a registration and the entire amount is returned. After 3 days of making the registration but not within 3 of the event the customer is charged 15% of the registration cost being cancelled. Once within 3 days of the event the customer is charged 100% of the registration cost being cancelled.

Rolling Window The 2nd method applies cancellation fees based upon a rolling window by calculating the number of days prior to an event session.

Specific Date The 3rd method applies cancellation fees for all sessions based upon a static date.
