Early Bird deadline fast approaching

Don't forget to get your registrations in.  The early bird deadline is May 31.  June 1 price goes up by $15.

We have a lot planned out for scouts to do.  Summit Racing is coming in, learning bike repair, possibly building model rockets to race and of course, swimming, lake, archery and BB.  We are starting the new program for Archery and BB.  Each rank has either a pin or patch they can earn.

MOE Day Camp 2016

MOE Day Camp June 20-25, 2016

We are encouraging  everyone to take advantage of our online registration system.  Please go to https://www.scoutingevent.com?moecsdc to register online.  We understand that not all families have access to computers.  There is a registration packet available for download for your use.

We do ask that packs register together, but if individuals do register, we will make sure they are placed with their pack.

Adult Chaperones:  we need adult chaperones from each pack.  We cannot run this program without your help.

Staff Volunteers: please download the staff registration packet.  Youth must be 14 yrs of age and First Class.  Some exceptions apply.  We are always looking for Life Guards.  Must be 15 yrs old.  Willing to commit to 2 summers (1 week each) and camp will pay for training.  Email moedaycamp@gmail.com if you are interested in life guard training or general volunteering for camp.

Deadline to pay attention to: 
May 31: Last day to register for early bird price ($70/60)
June 1: guarantee for t-shirts, Prices go up to $80/70.
June 11: Last day to turn in all registrations

Sessions:
Session 1: June 20-22, 2016
Session 2: June 23-25, 2016
Tiger Adventure Day: June 25, 2016

Pricing:
Cubs/Webelos/Siblings (Age 6-10): $70 before May 31, $85 After May 31
Siblings (Age K-1st (under 6)): $60 before May 31, $75 After May 31
Adult Chaperones: $10 regardless of 1 day on site or 3 days, t-shirt included
Non-participating siblings: FREE
Tiger Adventure Day: $35 per scout/parent combo.  Each additional adult is $10, younger siblings FREE, but must register, including med forms.  At least 1 parent/guardian MUST attend.
Family Meals: This is for last day of each session.  4 meals are included with EACH paid youth registration.  Each additional meal is $5.  Ex: you have 2 kids participating, you have 8 meal tickets.  We still need to know the numbers for our camp cook.

Med forms:
Med forms are included in the registration packet available for downloading on right.
Med forms are required for ALL persons on site during program time.  Med forms are NOT needed for family meal time.  Med forms are available for download to the right.
